ORCHESTRA TRAVEL PROCEDURES
When the Lee High Orchestra takes a trip, whether it is to Odessa, Waco, or Colorado Springs, Colorado, you can be sure that your student will be treated with the utmost care and consideration. Every effort is made to insure his/her safety and good health. In the event your student becomes injured or ill on a trip, every effort will be made to reach you to allow your input into decisions regarding your child. However, in an emergency, immediate action may be necessary, and Mrs. McAfee or Miss Malone must have the authority to secure proper medical treatment for your child.
When we travel, every student will use school transportation or official transportation provided. A parent or legal guardian may be the only person to receive the student from the director at the approved time following an activity. Prior written notice signed by a parent or guardian is requested for this arrangement. |
