2 Doses on or after 1st birthday (may receive vaccine 4 days or less prior to birthday) |
| First Time Entrant to Texas Public Schools: |
Student is required to have a current immunization record to enter school, unless proper documentation, from the Texas Department of State Health Services, for medical reasons or Reasons of Conscience are submitted |
| Students transferring from another Texas school: |
Student is allowed a 30 day provisional enrollment while their current immunization record is sent from the former Texas school. |
