Wellness Kickoff
Child Nutrition Services and Midland Memorial SportsCare have teamed up together to begin a wellness program for our staff. "Schools on the Move" is a fun, competitive, incentive-based exercise program that promotes healthy lifestyles. December 13 was our kickoff date and activities included blood pressure checks conducted by Tracey Dees, RN; glucose screening by Rhonda Carr, RD, CDE; fitness/flexibility testing by Nancy Surber, Assistant Athletic Director; physical activity stations led by Carol Franklin and John Burdsal.
