For 470 Application #s 998250000651456 and 960400000651450 (both Internal Connections)the following restrictions apply:




• Vendors must attend an on-site conference (Midland ISD Administrative building)prior to bidding


• Vendor must have offices within a 400 mile radius of Midland, TX.


• Vendor selection will be made according to E-rate rules, with purchase price being given the greatest weight. However, other factors such as 1) reputation of the vendor 2) quality of the goods or services, 3) extent to which the goods and services are suitable for the district’s needs 4) the vendor’s past relationship with the district and 5) the total long-term costs to the district to use the vendor’s goods and services will also be considered.
