Parents And Wildcats Binders Every student at Santa Rita recieves a P.A.W. Prints Binder on the first day of school. These binders are sent home in each student's backpack daily. P.A.W. Binders have proven to be a successful tool in parent-teacher communication. |
Inside the Binder Each P.A.W. Print binder is equipped with a zipper pouch, dividers and a notebook. The zipper is not intended to hold pens and pencils, but is used to transport important notes and money to and from school. Each divider has a special purpose as well. Important notes, "Super duper" work to keep, Do you have homework?, and Weekly behavior reports all have their own designated spots. Lastly, the Notebook provides a place for parents and teachers to communicate directly. Notes can be written in this spot to the teacher and/or to the parent as often as they so choose. The most important rule, however, is not to rip out a "full sheet," but to fold it over so the book can also serve as a communication log. |
